Aina Rodriguez is a skilled sales and management professional with expertise in the repair and maintenance of luxury villas and super yachts. With a track record of success in getting contracts signed throughout Mallorca, she is a dedicated and reliable team leader with a talent for creative problem-solving.

Aina’s past work experience includes a role as Villa Manager and Sales Representative in a Real Estate, where she spearheaded sales and bookings, handled accounting and owner contracts, and managed service levels in all divisions specially quality and control management. She’s also worked as a Personal Assistant and Sales Professional with an insurance company and the inspector, where she operated within the insurance department, handled contracts and reports for inspections, and assisted VIP guests as needed.

Aina also has experience as a Commercial and Personal Assistant in the superyacht industry, where she managed the CEO’s personal agenda, organized meetings and travel, and led the commercial departments in all company divisions. Additionally, she’s worked as a Project Manager and Business Developer in other companies in the superyacht industry, a role that found her creating a dynamic range of initiatives.

Aina recently founded her own company, which specializes in business consulting and ISO auditing. She has successfully applied her vast experiences implementing effective policies and procedures to this new endeavor. With her expertise in management and quality control, she is well-equipped to assist businesses in ensuring the highest standards of compliance with regulatory requirements. Her commitment, reliability, and talent for finding creative solutions make her an invaluable asset to any organization.
